there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual

There's always a possibility. Look at Conway - everyone thought of an existing hiding place and the writer fooled us - for a while until Allison Wonderland posted it here.
Randy, were you out digging with anyone?
yea that is good for how tide fits in..
Has anyone seen the camera crew anywhere today?
Notice, the med is in something that will blend in well, unnoticable to somebody walking by, white, earth tones....not something in a tide box or in an orange hat...too noticable ....
True chilly, but sometimes it is inside of two things ie....1997 Como Park – in a Curad bandage box, wrapped in a red bandana
tide could just tell you to go to high ground
TD I was with Chris Digger.....I saw the Crew at 1 am
Do most people beleive it is at BC?? The only part I have been to is the big sledding hill area....how do I get to the rest of the park? Or isn't there another entrance? I don't think it would be at BC just because of the SKiing this weekend.
What other parks are peopel talking about...I personally like Mounds
Well guys, im outta, what time is the hot time to get on here?
It has been double package many times. But in un-eyecatching items. Things like garage that people would just lose or throw away or even white/brown to blend in with the ground.
was in baby diaper one year
Here is my take on wreck....wreck as in a car wreck or as in a car roll over as in carroll ave....merriam
think of person picking that one up//lol
Randy, is that where you were at with Chris Digger? If so, were you the only ones there?
not sure of a car wreck thay dont use tomany things that could be personal to most.
you know my friend said that a couple of months ago PP was hiring a writer and you had to submit a poem....Her boyfriend was going to do it but he lived out of town and they wanted someone local...My bet is that it is deffinately a new writer this year.
Ok somebody said a couple of days ago the trip over thing could mean that it is in a log on the ground. So with that in mind what if it is in a hat stuffed into something that looks like it belongs in the open area.... Just in case it didnt snow before the hunt began?
B.C i like cuz trek means- cross Count.skiing, school-work your brain and hills, well there are a ton of hills. tip-point for point douglas road, and finally up and down might mean upper and lower afton? The thing i dont know about is the area on the bottom of the park, on 61
was at mounds last night was not a lot there. any one seen parks with lot out?
TD...yes...last night maybe 20 peeps today none other than lurkers
but park is in st paul this year..bc maybe not in st paul
RE: skiing at BC. What about all the events at Como last year?
any park I was in not a lot on and not lot on here like past years.
There will be a lot of people here tonight when Clue #6 comes out and you can guarantee there will be a lot more out digging afterwards. Wish I could be at PP when the clue comes out. Would love to go out digging with the cooler gang. Live in Apple Valley and husband works nights and can't leave 2 small kids at home by themselves.
yes it is, some is in maplewood, i know that, but most of it is in st.paul
I was at mounds last nihgt there were a couple peopel there....also took a drive by Phalen and Como (my friend insists its there) I didn't see anyone at either of those places...I saw cars that looked like they were doing drive by's like we were though not very many people digging.
yes there is trails and sking there to sliding hills skating..
Digger - The Camo Crew is out at BC right now filming Cathi Hogan (last years finder)
Patriotic Joe!!
dont see it being ph p not much poining there.
Light a spark=Burns Ave Far and wide=Mississippi kill=battle time&tide=high=upper afton opposite of high=low=lower afton hillway from woods=sign posted to keep out of hill area due to ski event at BC hey hey ok ok=hockey rink tip=pit horseshoe pit tip be fair= basketball court hey hey= hay on ground by horseshoe & basketball in & on air=holman field wreck=N star steel/compost site near by park n rec=BC park street or lot=accomodates both at BC tiny tot=2 toddler jungle gyms in park lots of space=huge fields lots of references to BC Mounds Park not a rec park what cha think?
I went to Mounds, red grand am., saw two night patrol squad cars there patroling, they did not say anything to the people there at 12:30am
not going to be there I would guess.
Or, it may not be on the ground at all
St. Anthony Avenue and Wilder Street, is the largest park. Its oak covered knolls provide a relaxing setting for summer picnics and winter sledding. Tennis courts, skating rinks, football, soccer and baseball fields within the park offer additional recreational opportunities. Merriam Park also has a gymnasium and recreational programs run by St. Paul Parks and Recreation and an outdoor Play area for kids. what do ya think?
clue master...the camo crue??? you mean the camera crew??
This is clue 6 from last year.... Part of it sounds kind of familiar:
The prize is at a place with lots of space Where riding around can be fun But you'll have to move off base If you hope to be the victorious one
"Lots of space" refers to Como Park, one of the largest public spaces in St. Paul. "Riding around" refers to the rides at the small amusement park north of the medallion's hiding place. "Moving off base" tells hunters not to look on any baseball fields in the park.
TD I am in Eagan, I have a sitter for my 13 month old but unfortuately I have to pick her up by 10 or so I won't be able to go out after the clue tonight unless I go alone and leave her with my husband but I am a female and don't feel safe going out by myself....so I guess we will both be staying home tonight....
well most hunters thay dont bug much but where is every one?
yes sir RR
lisa's mommy...you could hook up with most of the cooler crew down at the PP...a big safe group...a lot of fun too!!
my kids baby sit I am by 94 and 120
Longfellow school is next to Merriam
dd Thats a lot of things to pick out of 5 clues for one park....
I plan to take wife out hunting to night..
Longfellow? how does it work? just curious
any one seen park with more that 50 persons? I havent.
Lot of it wouldbe reference points that surround the park outline borders to generalize the area
Longfellow - just picked up on a post a few minutes ago
not sure it works at all.
Me and my hubby will be out around 5 when he gets home maybe I will think about going to PP later well see what he says...who knows maybe he will drive me around with Lisa sleeping in the back seat....hmmmm I really want to get out tonight..call me an addict but I have a feeling if I don't get out after the clue tonight someone is going to snatch my money :-)
BC park n rec is 1 block west of Mcnight
How many lurkers do you think watch our discussion without having anything to add??? Is that cheap ??? Is it rude??? or is it acceptable??
That is correct
but it is out of st paul wrong side so cant be there,.. clue said in a st paul park that is also a ramsey county park not a st paul park
they have completely re-done that part of the park too...bc
DD good one I tried matching up your clues with a couple of parks we tried that with yesterday.... Yours fits better!!
What's the snow cover prediction? Gone by Sunday?
has to be in a st paul park clue said that is was in st paul park bc is not in st paul or even a st paul park
I think it is kinda rude myself but some people are just like that...they follow the "group" with out telling the group. I sometimes wonder if I should share certain things but I always end up sharing....
realy not much here now. snow is almost gone
It's not on the ground
LM....maybe we should mess with them....hee hee
oh sorry dd nice try
Lisa what do you mean?
cw, i'm with you.
I think it is at college park
I think it's OK to lurk Randy. It's better they get an idea of what they're talking about before saying "It's at Como" 100 times, and filling up the board with really nothing to add. All we really do is try and point out the park, not the actual place to dig in the park.
I think snow will be gone by tomorrow night...suppose to get really warm tomorrow...I think it is in something inside of a log or a stick or a rock or something like that...not going to be out in the open especially with no snow cover.
not sure I still like mounds
RC...aka the lurker...lol nice of you to come back!!
Why college rust?
Http://www.stpaul.gov/depts/parks/recprograms/recreationcenters.html lists BC as a Park in St paul
where is college park
I think it is kinda rude myself but some people are just like that...they follow the "group" with out telling the group. I sometimes wonder if I should share certain things but I always end up sharing....
You know Lisas Mommy, This site is full of info both good and bad. I thought that originally too but if you dont throw your ideas into the mix you may be missing something. You could just sit back and watch the posts but then you too are one of those people that are following the group.
Well I think thay hide it 3 days before..
College just seems to fit all of the clues <smirk>
Chilly if I'm not mistaken it was a joke
I think you are right about the ground CW
I'm pickin up what ur puttin down then
lurker?
Just a thought on the "hey, hey, you say" clue and the Como theory...As has been stated earlier by myself and some others, Willie Mays was known as the "Say Hey Kid", he was called that because he was known for saying, "Say hey, let's play two" as in a doubleheader. Could hiding it at the same park two years in a row be considered a doubleheader? My brain hurts...
chilly dont you agree...college is the place?
I want next clue..
when I said I wonder if I should share info basically yesterday I wasn't sure if I should share some info I had about Mounds but I ended up sharing anyways....I can't keep a secret :-)
yes and college by mounds to
Who was talk'in bout Longfellow and why. I may have something.
RC...I am just playing...I do hope to meet you or frosti tonight...you guys seem like a riot!!
Yes MarkM, I agree with you whole heartadly. I am thinkin COmo two years in a row. I will play the devils advocate but think it is Como!!!
humm what was secret?
definately
goes back to the longfellow quote ' time and tide '....running chick has the skinny on the poem
has to be.....all the clues fit to a "T"
I need to stay with mounds for now ..just all fits to good..
test 1,2,3 a former lurker
thank yo devil dance, BC is in stpaul
ditto to you, rr :)
test 1,2,3 a former lurker
How many lurkers do you think watch our discussion without having anything to add???
Hundreds.
Is that cheap ???
Naw
Is it rude???
Naw
or is it acceptable??
Sure it is. It's a public forum and we choose to discuss the hunt here. We could always make our own forum but, would that be rude?
It's not like people won't find it without this forum. As much as many people don't want to believe this.... by the time THE PARK is discovered it's simply a matter of who stumbles upon it first.
I dont think it is como.. thought that first 2 days but not fiting there.
Nothing is secret anymore...I shared some info on the echo theory...Not many people knew about the echo spot at Mounds I was going to keep it to myself but like I said I can't keep a secret...heck I normally end up telling hubby what I got him for christmas :-)
Ok Dave can you clue me in on where Mounds Park is? I always thought Indian Mounds and Mounds were the same.
Twice it's been wrapped in clay and grass. Probably the norm for years like this one?
THC...you know me just trying to get some sh!t brewing....hee hee
RC =)
lots I am sure some cant talk there afraid or some thing..
Why would you think como or mounds, did not clue 5 say "Park and Rec"?
Mounds and IM are the same
HI Bob tell us where is your favorite park..
lurker?
Someone who reads but doesn't post. Therefore you don't know they are there...... stealing your ideas.
:-)
test 1,2,3 a former lurker
Here comes one now.
LOL Lisa's Mommy I know the feeling....its like a drug
indian mounds is the same as mounds except for the word indian
Well thay could help as well as maybe we could help them that is how it works.
Dave S. Why do you say it dosent match at como?
Randy Rust that fits in real nice to where I was yesterday!!
mounds and im are seperate parks according to the guide
Time to load up the car with the tools for tonight. Shovel, Rake, Lantern, Snapps Etc..
Huge Joe!!!
rr, i don't know if it means anything, but here's the link to the longfellow poem again. line 143 has the reference to time and tide.
http://www.bartleby.com/42/785.html
yea there was a cave there to cant think of how I tided that in but wife is at work she said some thing that works for cave there.
tieba...where were you??
snapps? whats that? IM v M New dadd what'r you looking at?
Well what time do you guys normally go out maybe I will see some of you later? I plan on hitting Mounds (FOR SURE) BC just to go with the crowd and I need another park help me out whats the thoughts on Merriam????
there are connected, maybe a little difference with the name, but if you think its at mounds, your going to look in indian mounds anyway, cant even tell the difference
cave where Dave?
Merriam or Como or Newell.
Why Como, its at a park and rec? Same with mounds...why mounds?
I guess you could call me a "LURKER". I read all the posts, but don't post here often. Mostly because there is always so much slogging to do that by the time I would add anything, it's already been said and I don't want to just be repeating what someone else has posted.
Just in case you're wondering...I used to live in St. Paul and have been a hunter since the 70's. I do try to get involved with the Winter Carnival festivities this time of year and this is one way I can do that.
I don't consider it rude to "LURK".
JiggaWHAT? If they were separate I want to check out the one I don't know to see how the clues fit. JiggaWHO?
Dave not only the carvers cave but there is a circle you can sit/stand in and you talk and it echos back at you...its in the scenic overlook thingy
How does one become a member of the CoolerCrew,(is that the correct term?) you know the people who are die hard medallion hunters and supposedly wear white to distinguish themselves. I have been a hunter for about 5 years now, but have only begun to use this site as a reference this year. If it involves some sort of paddle and spankings, I'm out!!! Or if there is some sort of sacrificial destruction of your favorite shovel, I'm out again! J/K You all seem like a nice group of people, and have great insight.
Merriam or Como or Newell.
Just a thought about willie mays, his number was 24 could that number come into play in paces or address...
Longfellow elementary is connected to Merriam...WIlder ST (hunters pride = lion= wildER) can see kstp tower from there...CARrol street=wreck?....has all of the other elements like rec center...tot lot...open space...hill for sledding...etc..
’
The merchant’s word 5 Delighted the Master heard; For his heart was in his work, and the heart Giveth grace unto every Art. A quiet smile played round his lips, As the eddies and dimples of the tide 10 Play round the bows of ships That steadily at anchor ride. And with a voice that was full of glee, He answered, ‘Erelong we will launch A vessel as goodly, and strong, and stanch, 15 As ever weathered a wintry sea!’ And first with nicest skill and art, Perfect and finished in every part, A little model the Master wrought, Which should be to the larger plan 20 What the child is to the man, Its counterpart in miniature; That with a hand more swift and sure The greater labor might be brought To answer to his inward thought. 25 And as he labored, his mind ran o’er The various ships that were built of yore, And above them all, and strangest of all Towered the Great Harry, crank and tall, Whose picture was hanging on the wall, 30 With bows and stern raised high in air, And balconies hanging here and there, And signal lanterns and flags afloat, And eight round towers, like those that frown From some old castle, looking down 35 Upon the drawbridge and the moat. And he said with a smile, ‘Our ship, I wis, Shall be of another form than this!’ It was of another form, indeed; Built for freight, and yet for speed, 40 A beautiful and gallant craft; Broad in the beam, that the stress of the blast, Pressing down upon sail and mast, Might not the sharp bows overwhelm; Broad in the beam, but sloping aft 45 With graceful curve and slow degrees, That she might be docile to the helm, And that the currents of parted seas, Closing behind, with mighty force, Might aid and not impede her course. 50
In the ship-yard stood the Master, With the model of the vessel, That should laugh at all disaster, And with wave and whirlwind wrestle!
Covering many a rood of ground, 55 Lay the timber piled around; Timber of chestnut, and elm, and oak, And scattered here and there, with these, The knarred and crooked cedar knees; Brought from regions far away, 60 From Pascagoula’s sunny bay, And the banks of the roaring Roanoke! Ah! what a wondrous thing it is To note how many wheels of toil One thought, one word, can set in motion! 65 There’s not a ship that sails the ocean, But every climate, every soil, Must bring its tribute, great or small, And help to build the wooden wall!
The sun was rising o’er the sea, 70 And long the level shadows lay, As if they, too, the beams would be Of some great, airy argosy, Framed and launched in a single day. That silent architect, the sun, 75 Had hewn and laid them every one, Ere the work of man was yet begun. Beside the Master, when he spoke, A youth, against an anchor leaning, Listened, to catch his slightest meaning, 80 Only the long waves, as they broke In ripples on the pebbly beach, Interrupted the old man’s speech.
Beautiful they were, in sooth, The old man and the fiery youth! 85 The old man, in whose busy brain Many a ship that sailed the main Was modelled o’er and o’er again; The fiery youth, who was to be The heir of his dexterity, 90 The heir of his house, and his daughter’s hand When he had built and launched from land What the elder head had planned.
‘Thus,’ said he, ‘will we build this ship! Lay square the blocks upon the slip, 95 And follow well this plan of mine. Choose the timbers with greatest care; Of all that is unsound beware; For only what is sound and strong To this vessel shall belong. 100 Cedar of Maine and Georgia pine Here together shall combine. A goodl
nice thought ther Paul!!
lots of choppers as usual over the west side.the news choppers are in the air and on the air.i'm still happy by the way.
cool idea sounds intresting
I hope tonights clue includes some numbers to work with, I mean digits.
Thanks THX :)
Dave I wouldn't read poems in school what makes you think I will actually read one now...I will trust you guys to tell me what it says...
Longfellow sounds intresting
So are the mobs at Merriam and Mounds and BC this year?
THX....see WE are NOW getting Participation from others....it is nice to hear from some folks who other wise wouldn't be heard from!!
I'm with you Bob........MERRIUM..........
Mark - I personally like the spanking thing. I think I'll bring it up at the next meeting.
for any one that would like to read it .. lot in it to help
Lisa's mommy, I am woman in Burnsville and would love to have a hunting partner to go out tonight...what do ya say?
CRAFTY...nice post...what are the thoughts of a veteran hunter such as yourself at this point??
Hey spankings?? Whos giving them?
sorry Lisa
Seeing all the drug references in the clues, it's gonna be rapped in a bunch of papes glued together, just a premonition
I would love for every one to pick one park they think the first 5 clues best describes and tie in the clues in as they see them......
lol
They're still at home with these clues so far. Too much info and this years hunt won't last long with the little snow we have left for cover.
Dave that long ass story was uncalled for. Nobody will read it. If you have nothing to contribute to the hunt then don't say anything at all. Just my two cents
Excuse me for sounding like a dumba@@ but I'm having trouble figuering out how to use this board. If I reply or post I cant seem to see anyone else's posts
That Longfellow poem has to be the longest darn poem I've ever read! I think its at Como. The third clue says ' carnival hunter's pride'. Why wouldn't it say 'treasure hunter's pride' or 'medallion hunter's pride' rather than carnival...unless the word carnival is supposed to be the key word?
my park is mounds
F K as JC...stfu
lil slim what time do you plan on going out?
THX....see WE are NOW getting Participation from others....it is nice to hear from some folks who other wise wouldn't be heard from!!
Yeah, well now you'll have to slog through twice as many posts!
:-)
bob...post and then use your browser to go back then click on the last # as in 18042 (blue) one and it will refresh itself
paper start all this so could look down on the pride as thay see it?
That was my point too THX
Bob just click on the "most Resent" button, then form there click on the most current number message to update
BC rec is the place to be!!!!
Jesus Christ, how many times do I have to say this.....in and on air, sure it could mean the radio towers, but what if it meant the medallion wasn't on the ground. Dont you think the PP would be smart enough to realise with this warm weather we've been having that they wouldnt put it in the snow!!!
Well...right now I'm leaning towards BC, but I am open to other ideas:)
LM- We could go whenever.
H ey O K H ey O K
Anybody think we're being laughed at?
For some reason I'm still stuck on Mounds...
BC is my choice waiting for nxt clue to justify the means
Mine is Como... 1) Search Far and Wide (Big Park in St. Paul)
2) Time to Kill lots of different activities there (Zoo, Conservatory, Outdoor activities too many to name, Amusement park)
3)Clue 3 could be anything. There is plenty of open spaces on the ground to hide it
4)There are baseball fields there to tie into the Mays thing and the doubling of words also suggests the doubling of parks
5)Lots of space to amuse tiny tots once again the amusement park and zoo
Now where in that HUGE park is still anyones guess
I was just out there...already like 15 people diggin'
there is street & lot parking, a huge ski hill surrounded by woods, an elementary school, 2 huge playgrounds....
Hey JC, it's not on the ground, point already been made
Hello! I'm new to water cooler...have been having trouble logging on up until now! The BC tie-ins seem to fit except what would fit "on and in the air" - I was thinking a radio station, i.e. "we're on the air" - and their tower can be seen in the air -- is there a park within viewing distance of KSTP towers? As that is also an A B C affiliate? Also - any thoughts on "knit your brows" from Clue #2?
Anybody think we're being laughed at?
I think clue #2 was nothing more than making fun of the noodlers.
ok dont have clue one will start with 2
you may knit your brow on this one. meaning cliffs edge and at cliffs edge can see big red one on bank.
Every year there is speculation that the medallion may not be hidden some years until "they" want it found. It would be easy enough to do, and may be exactly what they do in uncertain weather like this.
Stepp...where did you go?
Don't try to scare us like that Eags! They have to have some kind of regulations
Merriam just makes sense with most of the clues except its a pretty wide open park. Makes me doubt it.
thanks Rust
randy - Battle Creek rec center
Have we made any progress?
Ok my mounds Idea's......and remember some of the things I have picked out might just be coicidence but heres what I have.
#1 far and wide - Mississippi River #2 trek up and down every hill...mounds is pretty hilly #2 Time to kill - Idians #3 time and Tide set in Mississippi - Over looks the Mississippi #3 Carnivals Hunter's Pride - We are carnivors Inians were hunters carnivors hunters? I don't know that one just kinda jumped at me just now.... #4 the HEY HEY OK OK echo thing there is an echo point at the scenic overlook #5 There is a parking lot and off street parking with the kids play area....
part two. or just trek up and down every hill work your braiin your legs it will be fun if you have some time to kill.
trails tenis courts walking trails dont know time thing.. maybe some thing to do with light tower.
I just got back from scouting....Merriam - quiet, Como-quiet, So. St. Anthony - quiet?? Were should I go besides CRAZY???!!!
Bob, that is why they would put it there. One of the clues said something about thats of space.....hello open space.
whynot just got to a realtime chatroom for twincities peps?
http://chat.msn.com/chatroom.msnw?rm=ChatTwinCities
that is good work lisa
ohh.. and Highwood Hills Rec.
You think I am stretching it a bit?
any one there? working clues?
Way to go strikeitrich, one quit and two quites, any quiets?
Yes lisa very good....
Did you get my last one Lisa?? We could go whenever. I get home around 630.
Lil slim are you on AOl by chance?
I was also thinking that another take on the "in and on the air" could be the clue linking to what the medallion may be found in. Since we are lacking snow, has there ever been a year where the medallion was found up in something? My husband and I can't think of a time...but just a thought. Give us a tip? -- maybe wrapped in a restaurant guest check, etc.??
I think your close..
What I meant Godboy, was that there isnt many trees just alot off grass and hills :)
Patti - The med HAS to be on the ground....
YES pattis. MERRIUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah I forgot to put in the in and on the air thing for mounds....The airport is right there....airplanes in the air and the control tower is on the air?
Lisa - I've always liked the echo thing. Unless people have actually been to Mounds, they won't know what your talking about. Although I don't think it narrows things down to where in the park, just that it's in the park.
MSN... don't mind giving my email though- awwhelldah@hotmail.com
hello sister.. how brother?
Frosti...you got mail
Well msn has lots there but not talking much from what I seen..
Thanks StepDogg -- I should refresh myself on hunting rules, but for some reason I thought there was a time it was hidden in a pipe or tube off the ground...
Como Park.... Near streetcar station,(trip), baseball fields in McWhatever field on the south side of COmo, and across from the pool, or water stuff at Como there is a 'Ball field. less than 200 yds. from where they are doing the snow sculptures(showing there pride--one is an american flag). In the air is (to the west) the Space Tower at the fairgrounds.Plenty of hills, yet this is downhill, on the flatlands....away from the woods(golfcourse on the north end)AMUSEment park not far from there, --a Carnival of sorts in summer--Fun and SLIDE at McWhatever park on south end of Como.... I'd say check out the baseball field by the snow sculptures, where you can see the space tower, or by the streetcar station, or very near the amusement area by the zoo, where there is a tot playland with a train (trip)to climb on ---or under...-- I'd say that if you check the ball field, it would be in a fair ball area, and if trip is meant to be literal following that idea, id look on the baselines. Also on the baseball note, you'd be squinting (knitting your brow)in the outfield or when batting....
Good Luck!!
The rules don't say so Stepp
well mounds I think
The year it was at Marthaler Park, it was off the ground...in a knothole in a tree, or something like that.
See I am looking for a late night person for after the new clue comes out....I have my hubby until 10 or so...would you want to go out later Do you have to work in the morning?? I guess I should also ask what parks you really like too...
patti - you are right...i think one year it was magnitized to the bottom of a mailbox...but they cant do that any more.
Are you Dave S on Cottage? If so, "Hi" - and brother is doing great!
Good luck everyone, I'm off to see "Black Hawk Down" 2 o'clock matinee...I'm hoping tonight's clue will shed more light for all of us, see you on the board tonight! Maybe the movie will have some hidden meaning, hmmm...Josh Hartnett is from MN...maybe he'll give it away in the movie! J/K
Why not SteppDogg? Is it an official rule?
Are the bases on the field... can they be lifted to put something under them you caould trip over 1st second or third base when running the bases
cayuga square park
spark is last s onmounds moved to park spark
There he goes throwin another out there
sorry say that again Dave I couldn't quite follow you there...
I'm trying to figure out what the medallion may be hidden in/wrapped in, etc. -- by this time last year - we knew it was in a Dove container...that's why I'm kind of stuck on Clue #4 as a possibility for finding out what the prize is actually hidden in...
pattie yes brother inlaw..
I like BC, and also mounds- although I am worried they may be tricking everyone and have stuck it at Como. Not working tomorrow..so a midnight hunter!
We got it the first time Stacy, just that many of us ignored it because it's so long
What are the cross streets around Merriam I don't think I read those refrenced anywhere?
you know....it actually doesn't state that in the official rules....maybe I am wrong...I swear last year that was a rule though that it had to be on the ground. hmmmm....

#4?
