Marie,,,I just check in and out....Eagle maybe I could swing by and pick you up,,,you got a rake or shovel??

have ruled out Battle Creek.. my mom was hunting there last nite at 3 am and a cop came and told her and another random man that they can't be there.. the park is closed . that was on the maplewood side where all of the clues lead towards. so battle creek just has to be out.

I was kicked out of HF the year it was there too. They claimed that they would've known if it were there or not, so i wouldn't worry about a park being closed at this point unless it's gated off.

randy- one problem.. i dug up a lot of Langford today and did not find the medallion.. but once again i found something strange ( like the brand new shoes I found in the bag at Cherokee on Monday) I found a loner knitted mitten buried in the snow with a stick inside it. HOW RUDE.. someone is following me and hiding random clothes in all the parks I am searching!!!!!!!

I don't know if there are any hills or woods at College Park. I was just checking the St. Paul map for smaller parks. It was at Como last year, Newell Park two years ago and at Conway Park three years ago. Just thinking that it may be in a smaller park this year!! Battle Creek sounds okay though, and it is close to home!!!!

"Time and Tide wait for no one" is a famous quote Time and Tide is also a movie.

The only real thing on the air is radio and tv... makes me think of KMSP and Fox over on university... Also, there is a large radio tower near. This is what I think of for in and on the air. Only question is what parks can see it?

I searched Highland after clue 3 to no avail - theres just too much snow. But now, I have to say that it is not likely it will just be sitting in the snow like last year.

http://www.geomyidae.com/index.php?RollID=pxhighlandpark&FrameID=highlandpark002 that has some good info on Highland's water tower. It isn't the big blue ones by the main hill, it's the old one. It says it is the 2nd highest point in st. paul.

So I'll admit I haven't slogged as much as I should, but noodle on this if it hasn't been noodled on yet: "Hunter's Pride" may refer to lions. After all, what do you call a group of lions that are out hunting? A pride. I don't know what that could mean, but it's Electric Duane's 2 cents worth for tonight.

OK, now you did it. I am a regular listener to the Morning Show, except for during the Winter Carnival. I hear that our forum, sponsored by the Pioneer Press, got favorable comments on Wednesday's show ?? That should be good, and we should be happy, right ??

Hell NO !!

Now we're gonna have millions of KQ listeners checking us out and crowding the parks ! OK, so the competition just got tougher. I can handle that.

Can you please mention our post-hunt picnic? It's the 5th Annual Re-Hash Bash, to be held in the park where the medallion is found. Details will be online at

Hi from the Selby-Dale area! Sethmon518@hotmail.com

I've heard very strong points about MP and BC, agree with the MP but really haven't given BC a go check for myself yet. I'll drive around tonight but I can't get anyone to come with me!

A k is a symbol in the scorebook, the only O (really a zero) is used to signify no runs, hit, errors on the scoreboard
