Hmm, well maybe I'll bump Phalen back up my list for now then. Otherwise I don't think this clue is trying to say much more than that we should look for a park with hills. We use our legs to climb the hills and our brains to solve the clues. It may even imply that we have to climb a hill to get to the treasure. So with that much figured out for now, I'm going to bed. Well, I do have to say that when judging parks by area and past hunts, BC did seem to be the best area wise. However, Highland/Crosby area is sort of due as well. Conway took the place of a phalen hide area wise, so I am saying no to phalen. Who knows, still too early, and to think tomorrow we probably find out it has some sort of a path and a source of water in the park as well. Big Deal! Night all.

As for my thoughts,

I think the med will be some place without a lot of hills. "just trek up and down every hill - Work your brain, your legs, it will be fun, - If you have some time to kill" From these lines it seems to me that they are saying if you don't work your brain, you will trek up and down every hill, in turn killing (wasting time)doing this, when you should be on flat land. And walking through the hilly parks would be as effective as knitting (an activity to waste time) Just my thoughts.

Rushmore, I liked your thought about it not being at a hilly place, but I think I'd have to disagree. It says it will be fun if you work your legs, so I'm assuming they're saying you'll find the medallion (that would be fun) going to a park with hills (where you'd work your legs). That said, it kind of leads me to believe it may be a large park, unless there are smaller or midsized parks that are on different levels or have noticeable hills, but I doubt this considering it would be hard to have many hills in a smaller park

Got up just long enough to see the clue and let it sink in for a bit. Slept terribly after that though - so don't know if that's the thing to do again, might be better just to stay up.

I agree that these first 2 clues are so extremely simplistic - there may be some meaning(s) to them, but it might take clue 5 for them to make sense.

Battle Creek seems like a good possibility to me, but I wouldn't say it's the only one...but it definitely *does* have a few things going for it. I will get a little more in depth into my ideas about it tonight, but right now I've got to get ready for work.

1. St. Paul park (dah!) 2. Possibly a park with sparks --fireworks, close to police station, etc 3. A park with hills and lots of walking.

Anyone want to add anything??

I just did......You may knit your brows on this one Or just trek up and down every hill Work your brain, your legs, it will be fun If you have some time to kill....You may knit your brows...brows=high up....every hill=self explan....brain=library/school nearby....legs=the hills or recreation equipment off the trails in cherokee....time to kill = clock ...my opinion there could be a clock within eyeshot of the hiding place...aka landmark center's clock tower which can be viewed from cherokee park.....I am just tryin to focus in on one or two parks based on the clues so far.....the previous days clue too indicates " sparks" this COULD be the fact that many people watch the fireworks from the capitol over at CHEROKEE...
