Yes, the medallion has been found, but
there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual
discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park
in St. Paul.
clues and explanations ![]()
Clue #1 As you go on your quest to uncover the chest Inside a St. Paul park is the right plot. For you’ll suspect you’re guess is the best If you can see a past Medallion hiding spot.
Clue #2 One is rather small, but the other green and tall Offering the edge of precision if you start in the west Then a due southern line will happen to fall And point to where the treasure doth rest.
Clue #3 As you go around town, looking up and down For where treasure might hide under the snow The path that’s likely to get you the most renown Is the one to grandmother’s house we go.
Clue #4 In summer the scenery is full of greenery As one would expect in most any park. But to know if you’re in the one I mean (hehe) Look around for an obfuscated landmark.
Clue #5 Someone serves, but not hors ‘deourves There is love but there is no romance. Men and women watch each other’s curves And move their feet, but do not dance.
Clue #6 It’s wise to not balk if you have to walk But be careful as you strike out to explore. The treasure is far afoul of the chalk And home isn’t even close to next door.
Clue #7 The rot of the mummy can turn your tummy And Arnold’s cyborg displayed a murderous rage But their ill timing can make you look like a dummy. So instead take a clue from Dracula’s age.
Clue #8 Wheels that go both to and fro Will guide you to a valuable find But as you look on them down below Be sure you see more than one kind
Clue #9 The legend of Boreas is quite glorious And his northern dominion has a frosty hue. Meanwhile Vulcanis Rex is quite notorious Still, look to the south to get a pleasant view.
Clue #10 If you still don’t know where the treasure hides in its lair And it seems these clues aren’t following the usual laws Perhaps you might get a hint from a famous star named Blair Why you may ask? Oh I don’t know, maybe just cause.
Think thou not of Hamlet, but of Romeo and Juliet If starry eyes are to bring thee riches and gains. In Hollywood, not Denmark, is this story to be set As thou seeketh treasure and Holy Great Danes.
Clue #11 Dan and Lynn hunt for fun, craziest of theorists bar none. Yet often in the past near the treasure they have stood. Their secret to success is that two heads are better than one So if Dan didn't know where to look then perhaps Lynn would.
Having roamed far and near, and yet found nothing dear Perhaps you’re starting to lose your tenuous sense of mirth. But maybe you can draw help from our friend Shakespeare And orient yourself with regard to his place of birth.
Clue #12 If you don't already know, Linwood is the place to go Behind a field of sport where a female king used to play. If you line up a post to intersect a couple of walls You'll find the secret hole in which the treasure doth lay.
Gnight Ares, Im sure Ill talk to you tomorrow. Allison you are right yet again. I need to get my facts straight.
69' bill the rv guy found it. he is neet
Goodnight Ares...SCDs!!!!
I'm off to sleep too.
Dreaming of snowy medallions laying in the snow ready for some coolerhead to get it!!!
I think I'm off as well. God it's nice to finally have a worth while convo on here. It's nice to have the real hunters in here for once without the pests that roam around in here.
I think I remember what all those clues mean still. hehe
i'm back.. its me its me, its that d o double e
I too am done for the night, thanks to Ares, Terry, and Allison for saving the night...and everyone else for going along with it, I shall be back before the hunt begins. Good Luck
saving?
I see I'm leaving at the perfect time :)
Well, if there is going to be a general exodus, I suppose I should finish what I was trying to work on earlier and then get to bed myself. See everyone tomorrow.
hey your teachings are dumb
Yeah, gotta go. Goodnight, and goodluck!
Gnight everyone, maybe we can get this stench of pennies out of here tomorrow. Sleep well and dream of the hunt.
you're dumb
i'm not leaving
WIN
What a dumbass i'm outta here
I can't wait for the medallion hunt to actually start, so we can dig, and hopefully find!
The wait is too long. Then the hunt will come and go, much too soon. Then we'll be saying "I can't wait for next year's hunt, that will be my year, I can feel it!"
I will be saying, "wow that was my year, I told you so." And "I will be the first to be a repeat finder"
TMK- that always happens. The worst was Newell though, I hated how short the hunt was, you wait and wait and then-----BAM, it's done so soon.
At least i got to dig a little at newell on friday, some didnt
joe
I have been so anxious for this years hunt, moreso than any other year. I don't know why though.
Rushmore, I didn't like that either. I missed the beginning of the hunt. Realized it was going on by about the 4th clue, and shortly after that I think it was found.
I know I cant stand short hunts. I was at Newell from like clue 3. Well gnight everyone. Talk to you all tomorrow and hopefully see you all at the pre dig party!
TMK-same exact thing happened to me, I was not even able to go out and hunt that year.
Well... How's it gonna, All??
I'll got bock to where I left off later [reading]. Just wanted to give you guys a tip...
Buy stock in "Elmer's Glue." I've done enuff cutting and pasting tonite to sink a friggin' battle ship!
DOUBLE JOE!!!! HEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!
I made it to Newell like the morning it was found. Didn't get a chance to dig, just scoped things out. Then later it was found. Don't think that will be happening to me any more though....
Green, what are you cutting and pasting?
I found a frozen fish at newell
scds all
SCDs tim, I'm hittin the sheets too, Have a good night all!
ROF, LOL at Tim! Betchewdid! Betchewdid!
About 56 bizillion effin', friggin' stupid posts, Rush. Gotta let da'Man behind The Curtain know...
When things get REALLY outta hand, I contact those I know and let them know what's happening. Like, you know? What 'the buzz' izz? :D
ACK!!!!! ACK!!!!

DUECE JOE!!! And two PAIR!!! This izz a GREAT JOE!!!!
Well, on that high note...
Bock to where I was gatherin' ammo...

Green, I thank you. I was hoping that someone would do that.
I thought that's what you were doing, I just wanted to make sure.
::: stumbles in, lookin' for coffee :::
WHAT'S THAT STENCH IN HERE?
Howdy, Ian!
Sorry coffee's not brewed yet. Workin' on it...
(grinding da'beans...) (stockin' up da'Cokes in the 'frig) (dimming lites...) (putting out cookies, bars, treats...)
Rush, Ian... Anybuddy else? I'm gonna toddle. Hugs and...
SCDs to you guys and those that follow...
'Nite!
me, green
Im off to bed too, just a quick thought/question...
I've been here in the cooler for 4 years now, under the aliases listed below my name (anyone remember posts from them?)but haven't really associated with the people outside of the message board. So if I show up Saturday at McGoverns with a couple cooler heads like myslef, that havent really socialized, but post somewhat frequently, what can we expect? Pretty open atmosphere, couple cliques here and there? family feel? Just thought i would ask so i know what im getting into there. No stranger getting into digging though, can't wait for this weekend/next week.
Last year was our first year to go, we found everybody to be pretty open and friendly. And it gives you a whole new perspective on people when you put a face with a name :j
Good Morning!
Ian, hopefully if we open the windows and get some fresh air in here, the stench will be mostly gone by the time you return :).
M2K2 - the pre dig gig is open for ALL! It's a nice chance to meet other people who share the passion of the dig face to face.
I dreamt I was digging last night. I didn't recognize the park but I do remember it didn't have much of a playground and the kids were giving me a hard time about that. Hmmm.
Be back this evening, the rest of you have a good day.
- And be NICE!
Marley, Kal......just checked out your site again. The pictures are MUCH better. Give a real good overview of the parks. Have you thought about linking a map to the pictures? Just a thought.
mornin all! sorry I took off without saying goodnight but I had a bad day and I soon as I saw that first post from pennies I just knew it was time for bed.smells a little better in here this mornin though.
Good choice ll. I just slogged through all the penny posts. What a waste of time.
Morning all!
M2K2- This will be my first gig and I am showing up alone, so I anticipate that the group will be welcoming, I have no reason to believe otherwise.
Good Morning Everyone!!!
mornin rush.
This will be my first gig as well, I anticipate a memorable night.
morning folks. it does smell better in here this morning.
OR, if you get into the beers, it could be a memorable night for others, and a complete blank for you.
ya,could be one of THOSE memorable nights!
Could be LL? Will be!!
I hope I don't make a total arse of myself.
well, with the week I've been having, a few drinks will probably do me some good!
even my employees tell me I'm a crab ass!
I hope I don't make a total arse of myself
well, someone has to! might as well be you!
Good Morning!
Seems there's been a clearing of the air here. Good!
For those of you who are gathering face to face for the first time, I believe you will find the crew in whole to be some of the nicest folks you'll ever want to meet. You will feel welcome and glad you came.
thanx terry, I can't wait! I really am looking forward to seeing what scribe looks like, she always makes me laugh!
Thanks Terry, that's the vibe I get from everyone (well most everyone)
LL- Thanks for the words of encouragement, lol.
Any time rush! just as long as It's not me! I think i've already gotten my share of critisizm in here! LOL!
hey, what happened to ares?
don't let the criticism get to ya, llady! if you do, the criticiser wins.
Mornin all!
Looks like a little more snow coming over the next couple of days!!
4 days to go 4 days to go 4 days to go
emmy and hanna's mom I think the park you were thinking of last night is front rec.
hey, what happened to ares?
he's off doing something that looks like work but really isn't. gotta get ready for the next 2 weeks :) in other words, he's improving his acting skills.
nah! I just learn to Ignore them, i have found if you don't respond and pretend that they are not there, then they usually just go away cuz it is'nt any fun for them if they can't get a rise out of you.
LL- stay strong, you are a welcome addition to the cooler. Don't let the criticism get to you, like Ares said, if you do, they win. All "regulars" to the crew like you and that is all that matters!!
Thats the way to do it LL
THANX GUY'S! I was actually thinking of not going to the dig earlier this week cuz of all that, but I think I just changed my mind!
Glad to hear it LL, please come, we're all anticipating the pink-polka dots. It will be fun!
yeah, I still have to finish that, I screwed up the first one!
marley did you change the colors on your site? wow. very bright.
Yes, not to bright I hope?
Its now Jamacian colors you know "marley king"
ya mon!
llady i just noticed your new tagline. i think i must reiterate this one rule for the board though: nothing shall be done to cause ares to expectorate his coke over his 'puter without giving at least 10 minutes warning. that stuff burns when it passes through the old sinuses. lol.
almost too bright, marley, but perhaps if i'd actually turn on the lites in here it wouldn't be so bad. lol!
sorry! :)
you're forgiven. and once again, just for the record, i love cats. they're the only creatures whose penchant for mischief is as great as mine!
Ya I know, I own 2 of them, one of wich is fat and fluffy and likes to make her bed inbetween me and hubby at night to make sure no funny stuff goes on! LOL!
How is everyone doing on this fine morning? It is sure wonderful to see the snow falling again. Not very heavy today however but it is nice to see a bit more ground cover...
well, I'm off, places to go, people to see and bills to pay! BBL!
Marley King- I was just looking at your web site, it looks good! I was wondering if you could tell me where Hillcrest is. I know it's at Hoyt Ave and German St, but compared to Phalen which way?
look at it this way phillip, if you get a dusting of snow every nite, eventually it all adds up to quite a bit of snow. until spring, when it all melts.
east of it, mommy. towards white bear ave.
From last nights posts it appears they now let mental patients use the internet.
Mornin' Sam
Is it east of Prosperity? Are all the parks you photoed on 1/12/02 from basically the same area?
This is a check.
My precious medallion. It is mine. shhhshhhh
oh god. not another lord of the rings reference. lol.
Yes all from that area that day.
Hillcrest knoll is between Frost lake park and Hayden Hieghts playground on Hoyt and Germain, east of Phalen. Not listed on map.
Maybe that's why I can' find it! I live right down the street from Case & Duluth and thought I knew my neighborhood better. I was slogging through some of lastnights posts and thought I add there is construction at Phalen to. I think it should be done when the 'Phalen Corridor' is complete. That would a more idea year for the medallion to be hid there. (This may justbe my wishful thinking, really don't wan to dig up Phalen!)
Mornin Ralph
THX,did you mark some of those posts from last night? Hunts not even started and it's time to clean house!
Scribe, Ian's the sysop, not me.
:-)
Lookin at the other boards...the sysop's gonna be busy.....
Nothing new there.
Love the tagline! :-)
You guys who have been at the pre-dig or the re-hash bashes, do people like 'pennies' usually show up at these things?
Snow Mommy, all the people I have met at the pre-dig-gig have been good people.
Ares-is Case & Duluth in the book? I'll be getting a replacement at the pre-dig!
Same here! All way cooler people, did you say something about money?
Snow, Nope, they don't have the balls to show up! However I'd personally love it if they did!!
Everyone that will show their face and come clean in honesty with their real name and screen name shows up.There is a possibility these morons show up but don't really converse with the rest of us or just plain flat out lie about who they are.Either way they show by their own actions they have no charachter whatsoever and personally will never have anything but complete disrespect as human beings from me.
sure is, snow mommy. don't know which page cuz mine's conveniently at home.
Thanks THX. Seeing stuff like that on the board is rather annoying, I was thinking they need to find the "Mad at the World" board.
......Or "The complete and utter moron" board......
Page 26, Snow Mommy
I was out there a lot this summer and there is a path behind it but I never walked the whole legnth of it. I was wonderig if anyone knew where it ended.
Just looking at my ref. library.
Duluth & Case rec center page 26 in the treasure hunters guide and picture #105 on treasurehunt.8m.
Thanks, but I don't have a book right now. Can you look and see if it says where that path leads?
the path is the vento trail. one end's at 7th and payne, the other's at johnson pkwy and maryland.
path leads to former train track trail
That's what I thought, Thanks for your help everyone!
I am curious..
Is there anyone from Minneapolis that participates in the St.Paul hunt?
snow mommy,
Do you think they post that warning every year.
technically, scribe, there is at least one. and he's revered as a god for putting that book together. but he saw the light and moved to the right side of the river. :)
Scribe- In the city of Minneapolis or a suburb of it?
In the city of Minneapolis or a suburb of it?
Is the river the dividing line? Or is Ramsey county?
Rushmore, either one! Anyone not living to the east!:)
Well, I live in Burnsville.
Well, I live in Burnsville.
I'd consider you an "Out of Towner". :-)
Hey now!! I've been hunting since I can remember.
I knew a Mpls. individual and used to dig with her a while back....course she got into it by catching the fever from me and others...and she worked in St.Paul.
I was just curious if there are others influenced to dig although they are not party to St.Paul culture.
Rushmore, how is it that you came to hunt?
Maureen, What warning?
I've been hunting since I can remember.
When you're old your memory isn't too long.
:-)
I can't get my out of townwer friends into it. I lived in Coon Rapids growing up and moved here about 6 years ago. They think I'm nts for getting so into it.
About the railroad, I thought you wrote that. I maybe wrong.
Family, my mom got into it from her parents and grandparents. Then my parents took me out to hunt. My first hunt memory is when I was seven wondering around an empty park looking under picnic tables and into garbage cans. After that my mom took me out for Hot Chocolate.
That's a great memory, Rushmore.
Oh. My Dad works for the railroad. No he said this is the first year he can remember them telling employees to be aware of people traffic around the tracks that have parks near them. They would NEVER hide it to close to the tracks, that's private property anyway. But I do think it shows how much attention the hunt gets now.
Yeah, I didn't even know what I was looking for.
Something to keep in mind.
Rushmore, you had great parents like that and now you shame them by living in..... Burnsville??:)
Snow,what can you tell them?
Your more special than they are and they will never understand!:)
Does anyone hae an opinion of what the cities biggest project is right now? Around parks and stuff?
Scribe, I must let it be known. We have lived in Burnsville for the last 18.5 years. Unfortunately, I still live with them. Why you may ask? College.
Snow,That is interesting to know.....how many parks have railroad tracks in the near vicinity? I can think of three or four off-hand.
Rushmore,
I remember chair-o-key, when steve and i were about 8 or so. we were sitting on a big rock with a green x on it. It was found their late in the day.
Rushmore, I didn't realize you were that young! Get your parents on here and I'll have a talk with them about this 'burb they chose!LOL!
THX,You want me to make you hot chocolate after digging?
Satanic joe
There must be a few because my Dasays he's seen people out digging. One that comes to mind is Kellogg park, the one that has been recently redone. It's mostly a walk way along the river.
Kellogg! OOOOOO Downtown Dave will have his year!!
better that he shame them by continuing to live with them in burnsville, scribe, than to shame them by moving to, say, minneapolis.
I'm 23 in case you're wondering
That's great Maureen, I guess X does mark the spot.
Opps...My Dad says. My 2 year is helping me type so please excuse the type-o's.!
Ares, Thats a tough call......I spose since he grew up in Burnsville and chooses to stay there with them while in college, it is not his fault.
BUT:
Rushmore, you must break this family curse of yours someday!!
1974 just looked it up, "St. Pat's color" is the green paint on the rock.
Marning, 'Heads!
LLady and SMommy, the Pre-Dig Gig and Re-Hash Bash are BLASTS! None o'the rotten ones show up, unless we've not figured out that they do... LOL!!! Everybody's nice and the tall tales fly. By the end o'the nite, after the "I-Was-Closer!" stories, you'd think all o'us had sat/stepped on The Med every single year since The Hunt began!
When the First Clue comes out, we read it... Then get grumpy... Cause all we learn is not on public property, don't destroy, park, somewhere in Ramsey County, and then we have to wait 24 MORE HOURS for the next clue. WWWWAAAAAAAAAA@@@@
Maureen: Wright Winger
the wabasha-harriet island corridor is a nice set of redone locations. there's the new hillcrest knoll over on the east side, i don't know how long ago it was but the lower end of battle creek's been redone (hmm that's right across from a railroad yard). i can't think of anything else off hand that qualifies. rice park will be done here in the near future.
Mornin Green!
Thats what I was trying to say..but your better at it! I swear I should live in da Bronx!
Thanks Green
My Dad is really good at figuring the clues out and has worked on the St. Paul tracks for the past 30 years so I always call him when I'm stumped. He said Harriet Island park has had a lot of reconstruction but he doesn't know if it's complete.
I have a ton of housework to get done, since I won't be doing any next week I should get caught up now. I'll talk to you guys later. Have a great day!
Later Snowmommy,
I'm moving here pretty soon, I do like the St. Paul community and it's warmth. One never knows though.
No, Scribe, you did fine.
I'm having to make calls and handle getting releases. Mundane follow-up for the film. And there maybe a lot of folks come this year that have never heard o'The Cooler Crew, don't come in here, and some don't even have computers!
I explain the 'Crew get-to-gethers as just social meetings for those that enjoy hunting the Med. A party. Spouses, childern, SOs, the neighbors - anybuddy's welcome.
It's a way to get rid o'some of the xcess energy and xcitement that's been building for the last week, two weeks, month, three months...
You don't have to register/RSVP, we don't take names/make lists. If you don't tell anybuddy who you are, no one has a way of knowing if you were really there are not.
But you may get a strange look when someone says, "Hi! I'm green/Scribe/Terry/Jake/Mom/Whomever! Who are you?" and you don't answer... LOL!!!
And, too, it's held in a public place - McGovern's.
If you don't make it this year... You will some year. Trust me. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the gumption up to rush head long into a total o'total strangers. But after you've been here awhile, you'll not have the trepidation and you'll join in.
And you'll be very glad you did, and sorry you waited. You'll have to look a long, long time to find nicer folks than The Cooler Crew.
:: breathes sigh of relief ::
you will be welcomed here, rush. lol.
Well Hello Everyone!!! Is everyone getting excited for the Hunt to begin? I know that I am!
Is everyone getting excited for the Hunt to begin?
What hunt?
Ares, thanks - LOL.
I better get back to discussing the hunt though, don't want to upset anyone. HeHe!!
I second Ares sigh of relief!
Hey Mr.Swift!:)
Well, after reading through a few hundred posts from yesterday, I'd have to say there were some strange discussions here.
Like to remind all about the button and registering it. Deadline is this Sunday (20th) to have your buttons postmarked on Sunday. It's worth an extra $5,000 to have it registered.
Sadness again is I won't be there on Saturday. Am here on the board but never been at the gigs. My husband is into the digging but not much on the board.
OH! Even frogs are allowed to come...
My [now] constant Hunting Companion, Como, will be with me. He goes everywhere Hunt related... Schleps along in my backpack...
Hey Mr. Scribe haven't heard from you in awhile. How is it going?
It must be something about the time of year. On an e-mail list I belong to somebody just exploded the other day about off-topic posts. Seasonal Affective Disorder?
Can anyone help me find a list of pervious years clues and there meanings.
somehow, rush i don't think we'll have to worry about upsetting anyone. at least not for a while anyway.
i'm just curious. and i know snow mommy's already cast one vote for this, but who all is labelled as being crazy for being hunt-addicted? i make up the second vote for this.
www.coolercrew.com
PD, go to the coolercrew.com
Not all the posts with meanings are there, but most are. They've done a terrific job and setting up the site and all the info. there is very helpful during the hunt.
Goin well Mr.Swift!
Really gotta get some computer unrelated work done though! It took me almost as long to slog through my e-mail as it did on this board!!
I hate Olympic years!
Ares,I believe I have been doomed to that catergory......and not just for the hunt!
So much to do before Friday...
Lose about 20lbs, get my hair cut (there's 20 lbs!), find hunting clothes, batteries, new Sorel liners...
HAY! You guys, did ALL the United Stores go under? Anybuddy know?
And if the answer's yes, anybuddy know a cheap place for hunting stuffs, like NOT Gander Mountain and those kind'a places????
Glad to hear green, looks like i'll put that trepedation aside as you said and make it there Saturday, looking forward to it
Phillip,
When I was about 18, I received a birthday gift from my girlfriends. With every clue dating back to 1952. They all went to the library, and dug it up for me. It is hard to read alot of them, copy machine made some pages to dark. I will always treasure it.
think so, green. dunno of a replacement.
As I've said for years, 2K2, we're certifiable. Yup.
But we're harmless. :D
Will be nice to see you! Many 'Heads recommend the open-faced turkey sammywhich.
Green, Yup,no more United Stores and I gotta say that their "goin outta business" sale sucked!! But I will miss them this time of year!
Try the thrift stores and there is an army surplus store on Snelling and Minnehaha that may have a few fun necessary items and all in your color!LOL!
I've had that sandwich there many times, best thing on the menu
Wow, Maureen. That's really neat! How sweet of them!
You gots really good friends Maureen!
Scribe, I admit. I live in Minneapolis, albeit close to Highland area in St. Paul
Ah Kids!! You gotta do somethin about that!:)
I, personally, CANNOT stand the food at McGovern's. But I think I'm the only one that doesn't. Everybuddy else really likes it.
Tho Ter prays every year they'll add Wild Rice Soup to the menu...
2K2, you know who Maureen is, don't you?
If she and/or Steve show up Fri or at The Re-Hash Bash (even MORE fun than The Pre-Dig Gig as ittiz a pot-luck pin-a-nic, BooBoo!) she can tell you how terrified she was when she and Steve found The Med at Chair-O-Key and she sat in the truck with the door locked and just cowered!
Okay Scribe, when can I move in?
Now everyone knows how long i have been digging, lots of memories. Knee-high to a grasshopper.
Thanks, Scribe! Already got one outfit at the GW here in town...
But I need new liners for the Sorels... My liners are only two years old, but just didn't keep my feet warm last year. I wonder if warshing them did that...?
So, I want new, fluffy ones...
Okay Scribe, when can I move in?
When I'm dead!
:-)
Oh Great! More Meddling Kids in the house!LOL!
Green,
I was shaking so hard, the truck could have fallen apart!, Cathi was the same way last year!
Hunting places for gear: Fleet Farm was a wide variety of items - not too expensive, warm gear - sales happening at all Sport Marts, Cabellas - stores around the TC. All I can think of off the top of my head.
Green, Try Kohl's for liners.....ask for Steve in the shoe dept.:)(Roseville) and use my real name, doubt he'll know who Scribe is..LOL!
is it one of those situations where you don't know how you'd react until it's actually happened, maureen?
Maureen, I was talking to Steve not 15 minutes before you two found the medallion. What the kicker was, I was digging in that area the entire week and obviously didn't find it. Met you two on Monday during the lunch hour when me and a guy from my office quickly went out to check out a few ideas.
Maureen, I walked over that thing a zillion times in Chair-O-Key!! I was diggin around and between all them trees!!
NOT FAIR NOT FAIR!
Course I also dug up the sidewalk.....and did I get a thank you from anyone?
NO!
We were digging all over that park. Steve and I were having alot of fun with everyone digging. I remember making the sidewalks nice and clear for the passer byes. Just doing our park clean-up for the year. Bumped into the Sister's who found it a while back and they wished us Good Luck. They thought we really needed it!
Just have fun, really makes it easier. Good Luck from a previous finder helps too!
Dug out the whole Police Station in Highland back in.....'93ish? Not one of those officers thanked me either...took me two whole nights!
I get no respect!:)
Just think of the public service your doing for the good of the hunt!
I don't know how many baseball fields I've polished.
Yes,Maureen, that is what it has come down to for me..... ::sigh::
If I ever commit a misdemeanor I'm gonna tell the judge I've already put in my community service!LOL!
I like to clear picnic tables!:)
But... I'm not a sign digger nor am I a circle digger.....although the time before last year when it was in Como (books rate) I did dig circles and had fun connecting them to other circles..
One year I was parking my truck, got out. Some guy said, move your truck I'm digging thier next. Some people like streets.
The police towed my car for being in an emergency snow lane or something like that? Was it really a snow emergency last night? I don't consider 1 inch of snow a reason to declare a snow emergency. And how am I suppose to know all these dumb rules when I'm just a country hick? Now that's over $125 out of my pocket and now I need to get a job instead of just looking for the medallion for a couple weeks.
I'm good at digging out bleachers... And concrete books...

Maureen, are you like a little Budda statue?
We'll get good luck if we rub your tummy?
ROFLOLPMPCOOSBAGBBOMN!!!
Hi Maureen
Scribe, I moved from Little Canada to NE Mpls 25 years ago
Green,
I just wished you all Good Luck!
Hello Ian!
Just chatting about the good old days.
Thank You all for the info.. That would be very cool Mauren.. I need someone to do that for me. :-)
I think I'm gonna make it on Saturday. I was supposed to be in Saint Cloud at a youth scholarship tournament, but Kris said his college teammates are demanding that he go to Milwaukee with them. So if Kollin decides to skip Saint Cloud, I'll be able to make it.
...unless Minneapolitans aren't welcome !
