How about at Prospect Terrace Pk? the WEST SIDE Ice Arena (circular), and the RiverVIEW Library (thinking) are near, and also is Prospect Pk, so the duel could be between both Prospects in which it could be on Prospect Blvd which is in between both.

Como has an east como blvd and a west como blvd... and lots of circular drives... it also has the statue near where it was found four(?) years ago and people got pretty close to it...
