How about at Prospect Terrace Pk? the WEST SIDE Ice Arena (circular), and the
RiverVIEW Library (thinking) are near, and also is Prospect Pk, so the duel
could be between both Prospects in which it could be on Prospect Blvd which is

1. in one of the clues it said "Out of sight" aka Hidden!
2. Look at that circular thinking clue. Start at the C start drawing a circle
to the I continue drawing to the T then finish at the Y you get CITY Linking

3. Big Park and the base is Airport, which is right next to the park.
