as of todays clue, just a though, but 7th is the longest east-west running street in saint paul. theirs west 7th, and east 7th, plus it mentions proper, and that would be a proper name. as of what good it does us, im lost. as of my hill theory, thats why i said the bottom of the hill (cuz its the oppisite of a depression), but i dont think their is an explination

Digger1, I disagree. The last two years it said to stay away from golf courses and it was founf each year in a park without a golf course. Personally, I don't think its meant to tell us either way, they're just saying wherever you look (because some people will look in the wrong place) stay away from those things.

I don't think there's anything to Clues 1 & 2. They just tellin us that it's in St. Paul, and not to destroy stuff. Clues 3 & 4 are probably what its hidden in, and something visable from the park/rec. center.

Hidden Falls reasons:

1. Out of sight as in Hidden.

2. Circular Thinking. Take a look at the first letters. Draw a circle starting at C then to the I keep goin to the T then to the Y. You get CITY.

3. East To West. Well Hidden Falls LINKS St Paul And Minneapolis. Look on the St Paul Side!!!

Whachyall think?

You got slightly fuzzy thinking on that Hidden Falls deal up there.

You said to draw a circle from the C to the I to the T to the Y, but that isnt how the clue is laid out, it would have to be from the C to the I to the Y to the T to form a circle and CIYT is not a word. Furthermore, that whole idea seems a little far fetched. The word hidden for out of view works, however, seeing as they are trying plane and simple to make this a much harder hunt than last year, they are not going to give the park away on clue 3.

I think it's at Phalen Park. Circular thinking means going round and round and there is a small lake called Round lake that is LINKed to phalen. It's on East Shore Dr. What do U think? Let's do some brainstorming!!

I should check on the clues of years' past but I'll ask you experts instead... Is there consistency in which clue mentions the park year after year?

Okay...so it's in a Dove chocolate wrapper near the name of some dude statue.

Still no park, no trees, no picnics, no water.

We have a circular link and a statue bearing some name that will lead us to the dove.

Formerly Snow Shoveler and SnowLifter

Clue No. 3: (I'm thinking if you find a tire swing, the treasure is just out of view. Circular Thinking and linking=tire swing. Also keep an eye out for banks nearby.)

Circular thinking can be one way of * linking To the treasure that lies out of view. Your bank account won't be shrinking If you can figure out this clue.

Clue No. 4: (I guess we can all assume its nowhere downtown, because it deosn't lie anywhere East/West. I think the word Playing in the clue references the playground where the tire swing is at.)

East and west are part of our test Though only one is the proper place If this choice leaves you depressed Playing might put a smile on your face
