I love this part of the hunt, knowing kind of where it's hidden and worried that you'll log in and see that someone has found it before you have.

Love to hubby at Creative Kidstuff if his boss checks the page! Edit MessageDelete Message

Has anyone been reading Jim Walsh's hunt diaries lately? They kinda help narrow it down. Edit MessageDelete Message

Itsinmypocket now - 01:38pm Feb 2, 1998 CST (#4802 of 8457)

I think it is hidden on the sidewalk across from the bathrooms: I know you're saying that its all dug up, but there are two clues that point right to, it: The one that said 'will you be the lucky one' means the three 7s posted right on that building. The pace clue means on the sidewalk think about it if you know CP. Edit MessageDelete Message

Deb Speidel - 01:39pm Feb 2, 1998 CST (#4803 of 8457)

Joe, Jim Walsh's columns are just there to throw the novices off. He's still saying that the med is at mounds! Edit MessageDelete Message

Close but so Far - 01:40pm Feb 2, 1998 CST (#4805 of 8457)

That is a pretty interesting idea, go for it. I know where you are talking about, and it is dug up, but you never know! Edit MessageDelete Message

I'm twenty-one. Why? Some folks were saying the rosebud clue has to do with the medallion being hidden in a pasta box. I guess there is a company that uses a rosebud as a symbol??????? Edit MessageDelete Message

We all know it's at CP the rest is dumb luck. It could be in something(container) or nothing at all. Cherokee definitely seems like the place, but is there even an inch of ground that hasn't been dug up yet? As far as the big green chair at the other end of the High Bridge goes, I was there last night with about 25 other people and we scoured. Not saying it still couldn't be there, alot of the clues fit that sight perfectly, but then again, as always, some don't. Edit MessageDelete Message

Indian "Mounds" Park is Indian Mounds Park. Cherokee or ChairOKey is Cherokee park. They are 2 different parks on different sides of the river. Most veterans of the hunt feel that Mounds Park is forever off-limits to the medallion since it started troubles awhile back when it was hidden there and medallion hunters were "Traipsing" all over sacred indian land. Thats why Mound is shunned. Edit MessageDelete Message

Everyone needs to lighten up and have fun. Not sitting in front of your pc's and critizing everyones abillity to communicate at the same level as everyone else. :o) Edit MessageDelete Message

So what's a better way to spell woos? Wus? No, that doesn't work. I'm trying to say they're wimps if they don't dig until the last second and get all their info from the water cooler. They also run the risk of it being found before they even put shovel to ice. Edit MessageDelete Message
