VOTES ARE STILL COMING IN.....

Cherokee has a commanding lead...Mounds has picked up another supporter, up to two...Beaver Lake is trailing badly.

It was in a Curad box last year, not likely to be in a band-aid box two years in a row. Look for a La Rosa Pasta box, or a bakery container (dough). Edit MessageDelete Message

DWM, Christian, 2 kids, 35, 5-11, 190, ISO a thirtysomething woman who can say "I’m sorry", "I forgive you", and "you were right". An occasional "is there anything I can do for you" a definite plus. All these will be returned in abundance. I am an adventurous, passionate, impulsive, educated, artistic, successful, easygoing romantic, trying to have it all. Lifelong interests include figure skating (once beat Paul Wylie in competition …. ok, so it was 20 years ago), playing the french horn, dancing, big band jazz, travel. New interests: comedy (maybe you saw me onstage at ACME - did I say I was adventurous?), cooking, wine, classic movies, silk boxers. Attitude is everything. Looking for an intelligent, confident, easy going, athletic optimist with a nice smile and a sense of humor. Edit MessageDelete Message

At Cherokee at 4am this morning with a friend, we lost our flash light and started looking for it, my friend found it and said "Hey, I found it" Then some guy ran out from behind a tree and takled him, started hitting him with his plastic shovel... Here's how to make $500 if you don't find the medallion:

Follow these steps, IF I FIND THE MEDALLION: 1) You must be willing to claim the full treasure reward. 2) I turn the medallion over to you; and in exchange for that, 3) You give me the full treasure reward except for $500 you keep out of it -- thus you got $500 for not having to find the medallion.

Deal?

If you agree, send E-Mail to me and I'll contact you if I find that little medallion. Edit MessageDelete Message

There's no need to wander to and fro

Instead you should look near a place

"Rosebud" is a reference to a Sioux battle which occured in South Dakota in the late 1800's. I believe that Mounds Park is a Sioux burial ground. Also, a rose that does not bloom only bears thorns, the name of a street in the vicinity of Mounds Park. Edit MessageDelete Message

Phalen is pretty well ruled out for this year. For future reference, it's pretty much ruled out for good. Phalen is part in St. Paul, part in Maplewood. Last time it was hid in Phalen the park got tore up bad. Maplewood officials were not happy. There was an agreement to never hide it there again. That's the story I heard, and I believe it's true since it's been 15 years since it was hid there. Edit MessageDelete Message

I do think that you can make almost any clue fit any park. Some years I have been really ticked off at the official explanation. Given that I've developed an unnatural affinity for indian mounds as the site, I think double division could mean the divided mounds blvd and the adjacent divided bike/walking path. Or the borders of west st p and south st paul. Frankly, on this one I like the ramsey county/st paul border rationale for cherokee. But overall... Edit MessageDelete Message
